・版権および他の作家様のデザイン等を使用したご依頼はお受けできかねます。（版権元や作家ご本人が有償二次創作を許可している場合は要相談）
[禁止事項]
・二次配布、販売、自作発言、過度な加工、AIサービスへの使用
・ラフなど納品物以外の使用
・申告した用途以外での使用
・政治、宗教活動、公序良俗に反するアカウントでの使用

[Cautions]
・Moral rights are not transferable.
・Yukitahikami will not be held responsible in any way if any trouble occurs.
・The images you can view during production will have a "sample" watermark.
・If we are unable to contact you within 10 days, we will deliver the data as it was at that time and will not make any further additions or revisions.
・This may be posted on the author's track record, samples, portfolio, etc.
・We cannot accept requests to use IP or designs by other artists. (Please consult with us if the copyright holder or artist themselves allows paid derivative works.)

[Prohibited matters]
・Secondary distribution, sale, misrepresenting the author, excessive processing, use in AI services.
・Use of images other than the final product (such as rough sketches of the production process).
・Use for purposes other than those declared at the time of request.
・Use on accounts that engage in political or religious activities or are contrary to public order and morals.
