Hi, my name is David. I’m originally from the UK and currently live in Hokkaido, Japan. I hold a BA Hons in Graphic Design from the University of Bolton. I’ve had a strong passion for art and design since childhood, fascinated by how design can uniquely and deeply express ideas and emotions.
はじめまして、デイビッドと申します。イギリス出身で、現在は日本の北海道に在住しています。イギリスのボルトン大学にてグラフィックデザインの学士号（BA Hons）を取得いたしました。幼少期からアートとデザインに強い情熱を持っており、デザインを通してアイデアや感情を独自かつ深く表現できる点に魅力を感じています。
During university, I developed practical skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. My goal is to create designs that are both beautiful and purposeful, with careful attention to detail and creativity.
大学では、Adobe Illustrator、InDesign、Photoshopを使用した実践的なスキルを習得しました。細部へのこだわりと創造性を活かし、美しさと目的の両立を意識したデザインを心がけています。
I previously volunteered at Richmond Vale Academy in St. Vincent, West Indies, where I worked in hospitality and contributed to PR for the student program. I helped increase student interest and attendance by creating online advertisements, brochures, digital posters, and booklets.
これまで、西インド諸島のセントビンセントにあるリッチモンド・ベイル・アカデミー（Richmond Vale Academy）にてボランティアとして活動し、ホスピタリティ業務に携わると同時に、学生プログラムの広報活動も担当しました。オンライン広告の投稿や、パンフレット・デジタルポスター・冊子などの制作を行い、学生の関心と参加者数の向上に貢献しました。
I look forward to continuing my growth as a designer, creating impactful work, and drawing new inspiration from my life in Japan.
日本での生活を通じて新たな刺激を受けながら、今後もデザイナーとしてさらに成長し、より多くの人に届くデザインを目指していきたいと考えております。
