・個人利用限定（鑑賞用、SNSのアイコンなど）
※ただしオプションにより商用利用相談可。

・原則無し（Skeb式のため）

◆ ご依頼について
・トラブル防止のため、ご購入前に必ずメッセージにてご相談ください。
・ご依頼主様のオリジナルキャラクター（二次創作NG）のみお受け可能です。
・受付上限に達し次第、募集を一時停止する場合がございます。

◆ 利用範囲について（個人利用の場合）
・著作権は放棄しておりません。著作権の譲渡は含まれませんのでご注意ください。
・自作発言、二次配布、改変（アイコンやヘッダーのサイズに合わせたトリミングは除く）、およびAI学習への使用は固くお断りいたします。

◆ 利用範囲について（商用利用オプションを購入された場合）
・個人のクライアント様に限り商用利用可能ですが、公序良俗に反する表現、過度に暴力的・性的な表現があるコンテンツでは如何なる場合もご利用できません。

◆ 制作・納品について
・納品後の修正、および返品・返金は対応いたしかねます。
・完成した作品は、実績としてポートフォリオやSNSに掲載する場合がございます。もし実績公開可能日がお決まりな場合はお知らせください。

◆ 法人のお客様へ
・法人のクライアント様は「つなぐ」でのご依頼を受け付けておりません。別途専用のフォームをご案内いたしますので、まずはメッセージにてお問い合わせください。

◆ Guidelines & Ordering
Please contact me via message before making a purchase to discuss your request.

I only accept original characters (OCs). (Fanart or copyrighted characters are NOT allowed.)

Commission slots are limited and may close temporarily once the maximum capacity is reached.

◆ Usage & Copyright (For Personal Use)
I retain the copyright to all artwork. Copyright transfer is not included in this service.

Strictly Prohibited: Claiming the artwork as your own (plagiarism), redistributing/reselling the files, any unauthorized modification (excluding minor trimming for icons or banners), and any use for AI training/learning.

◆ Usage & Copyright (If Commercial Use Option is Purchased)
Commercial use is permitted for individual clients only. However, usage in content that is offensive to public order and morals, or excessively violent/sexual is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.

◆ Process & Delivery
As this is a Skeb-style commission, no revisions, returns, or refunds will be accepted after the final delivery.

I reserve the right to post the completed artwork in my portfolio or on social media as part of my work history. If you have a specific date after which the artwork can be made public, please let me know.

◆ To Corporate Clients
I do not accept commission requests from corporate clients through this platform ("Tsunagu"). Please send me a message first, and I will guide you to a separate inquiry form for corporate clients.
