◆ ご依頼について
・トラブル防止のため、ご購入前に必ずメッセージにてご相談ください。
・ご依頼主様のオリジナルキャラクター（二次創作NG）のみお受け可能です。
・受付上限に達し次第、募集を一時停止する場合がございます。

◆ 利用範囲について
・個人のクライアント様に限り商用利用可能です。（公序良俗に反する表現、過度に暴力的・性的な表現があるコンテンツでの利用は除きます。）
・著作権は放棄しておりません。著作権の譲渡は含まれませんのでご注意ください。
・自作発言、二次配布、改変（アイコンやヘッダーのサイズに合わせたトリミングは除く）、およびAI学習への使用は固くお断りいたします。

◆ 制作・納品について
・カラーラフ提出後、3日以上ご返信がない場合は、修正なしとして次の工程（着彩）へ進めさせていただきます。
・納品後の修正、および返品・返金は対応いたしかねます。
・完成した作品は、実績としてポートフォリオやSNSに掲載する場合がございます。もし実績公開可能日がお決まりな場合はお知らせください。

◆ 法人のお客様へ
・法人のクライアント様は「つなぐ」でのご依頼を受け付けておりません。別途専用のフォームをご案内いたしますので、まずはメッセージにてお問い合わせください。

◆ Guidelines & Ordering
Please contact me via message before making a purchase to discuss your request.

I only accept original characters (OCs). (Fanart or copyrighted characters are NOT allowed.)

Commission slots are limited and may close temporarily once the maximum capacity is reached.

◆ Usage & Copyright
Commercial use is permitted for individual clients only. (Usage in content that is offensive to public order and morals, or excessively violent/sexual is strictly prohibited.)

I retain the copyright to all artwork. Copyright transfer is not included in this service.

Strictly Prohibited: Claiming the artwork as your own (plagiarism), redistributing/reselling the files, any unauthorized modification (excluding minor trimming for icons or banners), and any use for AI training/learning.

◆ Process & Delivery
If I do not receive a response within 3 days after sending the colored rough sketch, I will proceed to the final coloring stage without any revisions.

No revisions, returns, or refunds will be accepted after the final delivery.

I may post the completed artwork in my portfolio or on social media as part of my work history. If you have a specific date after which the artwork can be made public, please let me know.

◆ To Corporate Clients
I do not accept commission requests from corporate clients through this platform ("Tsunagu"). Please send me a message first, and I will guide you to a separate inquiry form for corporate clients.
